Ultimate backpack for work and life
The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t sure what I was getting into but this backpack is definitely worth the investment. It’s extremely high quality and well designed. I love the quick access pockets in the front for things like my phone and AirPods when I’m on the go. I also love the expandable suitcase compartment in the back, which is perfect for travel and going from work to the gym. The material of the backpack is durable and the back padding is super comfortable to wear for long periods of time. There are also some fun features on the backpack that I have not seen before like the hidden water bottle compartment, the trolley sleeve, and the detachable straps that tuck into the backpack. 10/10 would recommend! My go to backpack for everyday now.

Great Day Bag or Bag for Riding Bikes
I got this as a quick day bag for weekends and also for riding bikes with the kids since I might need to take some extra clothes/snacks with me. The Knack large expandable bag fits like a sleeve inside the expandable compartment and there are a few pouches in the front compartment for small items (key/wallet). I think a key loop attachment would have been helpful but I just put my key fob in the pouch. The back is very breathable and the strap and buckle are high quality. The buckle has a satisfying click when you snap it. I wear this as a sling over the shoulder but it could be used in other configurations like around the waist.

Worth it! Fits my 2 laptops, equipment, and change of clothes
I've been daily driving this bag for about half a year now. I'm not particularly a "heavy user" and treat my things with care but the bag has held up well so far with no noticeable signs of damage. Obviously its not as durable as my GoRuck but I can see the bag holding up after another 5 years of use no problem.Mine carries a 16inch laptop, a 17.3inch laptop, a 13inch tablet, their respective chargers + random tools, documents, edc, and a change of clothes.Suggestion: bag would be better if it had a false bottom in the laptop compartment to protect it even better.

Great organization, but front flap is awkward and laptop pocket is small
I really wanted to love this backpack. The form factor is fantastic, and it's very lightweight. The expandable nature of the bag is a big draw. Two main issues:First, the series 1 still has the side-load laptop pocket in the back. (The series 2 small is top-loading). The pocket itself is larger than the zipper, which is frustrating because the backpack should be able to fit a 14" macbook. Alas, because the zipper opening is too small, it does not.Second, the front triangular flap is awkward to use. The organization behind the flap is fantastic, but the flap is not something you can operate one-handed as each "side" of the flap has a separate zipper you need to navigate. This is also something that has changed in the new series 2 design.Having said that, the backpack itself is very well made. The zippers all operate smoothly and seem more sturdy than the ones that Nomadic uses (in case you were thinking about a Nomadic bag).

I Use My Knack Everyday
I was looking for a backpack that I could take to work every day and carry my gym clothes. Since I have a big laptop for work, I needed a backpack that could fit it and my new Knack’s computer pocket has no problem with it - padding is great too!In spite of getting a Large, it does not feel too large or heavy for me and it doesn’t look too big when I wear it. I’m able to easily fit my laptop, my iPad, all my chargers, my water bottle, my back-up battery, my lunch, as well as my gym clothes, shoes and some toiletries and I don’t even need to expand the back clothing compartment. I can’t wait to take a trip with this backpack as my only bag! Also, the water bottle pocket is not like any I’ve seen before. It doesn’t hang outside the bag but sits inside the bag and is accessed by an outside zipper. It makes the bag look much sleeker and more professional than a lot of the backpacks in my office. Since I got my Knack, I’ve used it every day for my commute. I love it!

It's too small and was shipped without straps
Missing necessary stuff and pockets. Too small.

Expandability means great day and travel pack
I really like this backpack. I tried the peak design backpack and the tomtoc travel backpack. Both were good for their intended use but terrible for the opposite use. This backpack is great for both a day/tech bag and when expanded it easily accommodates me for travel. The one thing I wish I could change is the location of the zipper for the laptop storage. It needs to be on the other side of the strap attachment. As it is getting my 15 inch laptop in and out requires me to move the shoulder strap out of the way. Which is a little inconvenient. And it makes removing the laptop while wearing the bag all but impossible.Apart from that I'm really pleased with this bag.
