I love this diffuser. It is beautiful and just what I was looking for. Not only does it function well and look great, but the customer service was awesome! My son accidentally broke the glass top and I reached out to see if I could buy a replacement. They sent me a new one for free and were so kind.

Looks great wherever you decide to place it. Works well and was well-packaged.

I love this because it is not plastic at all everything is glass and super easy to clean and use. The sent doesn’t stay in the unit after you clean it out like plastic would. If you are looking for a unit definitely recommend this one. It also has the timer on it so it shuts off by itself.

I just received this beautiful little diffuser but it did not include an instruction manual. I don't want to risk damaging it by using it incorrectly. Can someone please tell me how to contact the manufacturer? Others have stated that they contacted them directly but I cannot locate that information anywhere.* UPDATEWithin 24 hours the manufacturer reached out and sent the instruction manual.This is such a charming little diffuser and I'm so pleased with my purchase. The mist is gentle and constant but does not run out of water quickly. The beautiful wood base and glass dome are so classy and make this look like a piece of art rather than a standard diffuser, of which I have had many in the past. This is by far the best!*2nd UPDATEAfter just 2 weeks of using the diffuser, the button to choose the time and to turn off is stuck. As a result, it's not able to be adjusted to any position, including off, so I have to unplug it after each use! Huge disappointment because it worked so well.

This diffuser is so easy to keep clean (as long as I am careful). I am so happy mold doesn't build up on it like it always did on plastic diffusers. I would give this a 5 star if the lights were colored instead of just white. I had one before that moved through a rainbow of lights and I liked that. However, this one is easier to turn the light off during the night so I can diffuse oils to help me sleep.

Firstly this is a very classy looking diffuser. My old plastic diffuser which works wonderfully but looks cheap doesn't hold a candle to this in terms of a snazzy look. Unfortunately there are some other things that detract from the really nice look of it. The light is kind of a cool white, not the nice flame colored yellow one shown in the picture. The light can't change color, it will go a little dimmer if needed but those are your only choices. Bright, dim and off. My cheap plastic diffuser has lots of choices for different lights and colors, very soothing.Additionally the routine maintenance for this diffuser is substantial. Instructions say to clean it every 2-3 days. Cleaning involves taking the machine apart, pouring out any excess in a very specific way, washing the various parts, then putting clear water in the machine and running it for 30 minutes, then drying it thoroughly. That's just not going to happen for me. So I hope that the routine maintenance schedule that they require is not really necessary. I have two other diffusers, neither of them require extensive cleaning between uses.

I was hesitant to drop $100 on two diffusers bc the reviews were spotty but I went ahead and did it. These run perfectly! They are silent. They are pretty. And I don’t have to clean mold every week like the plastic ones. They get a tiny amount of build up which I rinse and wipe with a bottle cleaner. I’m ordering 3 more! 10/10 recommend
