This is one amazing chair for the price, as long as you know what you are getting. This is not a chair meant to be used as a comfortable high-use living room chair. This chair is meant to be an accent chair, or one used in a waiting room situation. It would be great for a bedroom for putting shoes on. But if you understand what it is and what it isn't, you can't go wrong with this chair for the price, unless you just don't like the color.Here's an assembly tip from my experience. When you're attaching the seat to the brackets on the side arms, do not tighten the bolts, or the holes will not line up when you go to put the back on. If you leave the bolts loose, it makes it much easier to attach the back. You'll see what I'm talking about when you start putting it together. Then after the back is attached, you can tighten all the bolts. I bought two chairs, and when I learned this, the second went a lot faster. If you go by my tip, the assembly is very easy. If you don't pay attention to my tip, you'll end up going back and loosening those bolts.

This was easy to assemble and looks fantastic. For the money I think it was a great buy. If you're looking for very durable furniture for high traffic I would suggest spending a little more because the vinyl and padding don't seem that robust. For occasional use this chair is the bomb. It's in a spare bedroom in my house and it's perfect. If you're going to use it everyday for several hours I suspect the vinyl and padding would probably wear out relatively quickly

Loved the aesthetic appeal, timely delivery, and how comfortable that chairs were!! This was a purchase made for a dental office grand opening and it was a solid win for our front waiting room. The chairs were so nice and comfortable, we used them in as many rooms as possible.

Liked price. Disliked instructions = needed better diagrams. Took longer than need be to put together.

while this chair does look nice in a room and doesn't take much effort to assemble, the back has broken with little use (and no users so heavy as to expect such). Previously I rated this chair highly but a break after so little ware and tear really leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. It will take a lot for me to buy from this manufacturer again.

Nice looking chair, a bit top-heavy so I was concerned about sturdiness and after putting it together, which was cumbersome, I tightened it quite well but still felt wobbly. I noticed that my patients don’t choose that chair but rather my others that are broader-based and sturdier looking

Overall it's a nice chair, the bottom cushion (the seat) is thick and comfortable to sit on. Leaning back for very long isn't comfortable because the cushioning is thin and there is a cross support along the top of the chair back. The major issue is seen in the photos. A chair with the finish missing in two places was packaged and shipped. To ship a product that was damaged before it was packed and shipped is unacceptable, hence 3 stars instead of the 4 stars I would otherwise have rated it at.

Go figure. We are in the business of decor and this client wanted a 1920's barber shop erected in the lobby of a fancy hotel. The details all count and these chairs were just right in cost and look for the project.The assembly was a little troublesome. The Allen (hex) wrenches that came with each of the chairs wore out quickly and the holes did not line up that well. We cut down one of the wrenches and put it in a screw gun for the disassembly and it was a world faster.
