We bought a few of these fans for the bedrooms. They're beautiful and the fan works well. We recently had an issue with one fan losing connection to the remote, however I contacted the seller and they advised me on how to pair up the remote again. Advice worked well and fan is now working again, so if anyone experiences the same issue, here is the instructions they gave me:Dear customer, you can turn on the fan light within 5 seconds, press and hold the "ON/OFF" button on the upper left corner. It will flash twice to indicate that the code is cleared successfully.You can re-pair the remote control and fan light. After turning it on, press and hold the middle button "PAIR CODE" to pair. The light flashes twice, then the pairing is successful.Thank you

So the fan isn’t too heavy. Relatively easy to install. You get some quick push in cable clips. Do not use these. They are dangerous. Buy some terminal strips from screwfix and do it right. Just move your loop wires mains, neutrals and earths into separate blocks and your switch neutral into a plug and your good to go. I would suggest two people putting up the light as the cables aren’t very long. Took me around 30 minutes to install. The remote is paired with it already so that was good. There is an app called smart light and so easy to set up with your light. It has six speeds and six in reverse too. The light is dimmable and can change from a warm glow to a cool blue which is pretty neat.Not really an issue but if you are removing the switch and having it live all the time the system will remember your light settings but if your like me and like a termination point when you switch it on and off the light will automatically go full bright mode and not your last setting. A cool feature is if you have your fan on and switch it off and on the fan will not automatically start which is good, Which isn’t a bad thing I guess. The other is again do not use the clips that come with the fan they are dangerous.Reliable fast install. Fans really quiet, you can twist off the fan end cap to remove the fan for cleaning which is cool. I will be purchasing another when this one goes. Good product built to last and buy in confidence you won’t be disappointed.

This looks good and creates a strong breeze. It is also relatively quiet too.

Really like this, have it at the top of the stairs so it sends a nice breeze down, light is nice, might get another for my sons bedroom, would recommend.

Worked fine at first, then one, then second remotes died, seller totally NFI, just out of return period but the only thing seller said was to call Amazon. They can't be contacted because out of return period. Do not buy!!!!! The

Posiblemente sea una caso aislado ya que mi reseña/opinión es negativa.En mi caso, la valoración es de 1 sobre 5 porque ciertamente el producto tal y como se ve es muy original, sencillo a su vez que elegante. La lámpara, sin problemas. Ahora bien el ventilador, los primeros días aquello que el ventilador no hacía ruído (bajo en Decibelios) era lo mejor. Sin embargo, un día empezó a sonar como si se hubiese aflojado un tornillo, o algo. Revisó y nada, así que tuve que devolverlo.Si es un caso aislado o no, no me toca a mi valorarlo sino al fabricante. En todo caso, hago la reseña para quienes las leen y valoran la opinion de un producto echa por otra (s) personas antes de comprar.

Pedí dos aparatos, uno venia incompleto, falta el accesorio para colgarlo. Devolucion y reembolso inmediata, sin problemas

È splendido e funzionale

Muy estetico, buena luz, y las funciones de ventilador para habitaciones pequeñas un poco ruidoso a partir de la 2 velocidad. Instalado en techo de pladur resuena un poco cuando le das velocidad

Ventilador y luz de bonito diseño. Funciona muy bien aunque para velocidad mayorde 2 o 3 no es tan silencioso. La luz muy bonita y funcional. Se instala fácilmente.
