Overall, great value for the cost.
Good value for the cost. It does have a strong chemical smell and I had to leave it out in the garage for a few days to let the smell dissipate, but after that it was great. Very easy to assemble and use. Great for home office or for lazy days on the couch when you still want to get some motion in.

Use something with grip to turn the knob and you’ll get better resistance :)
Wish it had more resistance but that seems to be an issue with peddle exercisers in general. One thing I can recommend is to take something you can grip the knob with like a rubber jar opener and you can turn it easier then with your bare hands. I used a latex resistance band and was able to turn it an additional four more times.

Pretty good. A few minor issues
This works well. My main issue is that it is really light weight. If you use it under a desk that isn’t right against a wall (like mine), it will slide while you use it. I found putting a box behind it stops this.It obviously isn’t meant to replace work outs or anything. But I have a job that involves a lot of sitting. This helps me stretch my legs/ circulate the blood while I’m reading reports.

Decent Piece Of Equipment
Easy to assemble and use. It is not smooth pedaling though. On the right on the down stroke, it tends to "catch" or stumble. Even when tethered to chair leg, it want to creep forward--a little frustrating. It's not a huge issue with me, it will still do the job of strengthening thigh muscles after surgery.

Used to workout my arms -- works; price was great!
Didn't notice any smell out of the box. Folds up VERY compact; some similar units do not fold at all.Used to workout my arms, so I cut off the plastic strap. Just gets in the way sometimes! Can be used on a table.Hint: if you are using this on the floor with your feet, while you're in a chair, and you notice that it slides forward, just tie something on this unit and the chair and it won't slide anymore. Some manufacturers of similar rotating exercise products provide a strap to keep it in place.

Absolutely Awesome Customer Service
This company is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Such great customer service. I have to wear heavy shoes due to my poor mobility and they sent me a device with larger foot stirrups. I am so impressed with how kind and responsive they are. The device is so easy to fold out, lock and set up. Just a breeze. It does not slide at all on my laminate floor. The resistance adjusts easily. This will really help my range of motion and leg strength. If I could give 10 points to them I would.

Must Have!!
I love this!! It was super light and easy to assemble. It’s also very sturdy and is a must have if you have an office job or sit for a good period of your day. 10/10 recommend!

More or less what I expected
Unlike most reviewers, I bought this to use primarily as an arm bike. I wanted an inexpensive form of cardio that didn't involve my legs, since pretty much all other cardio is leg based or dependent. That being said, I tried it out as both an arm bike and a leg pedaler. Used as an arm bike, it's definitely a workout for the shoulders. I think I probably need to work on building some endurance for my shoulder muscles before I can use it effectively for cardio. While tightening the tensioner seemed to make a difference when using as an arm bike, I definitely didn't feel it as much while pedaling with my feet. I'm assuming that's because my legs are stronger than my arms but the angle of the limbs could have something to do with it too. Some minor complaints: It does have a horrible smell straight out of the box. I am going to try wiping it down to see if that makes it go away faster. Also, the hole for the tensioner is offset a little bit. It seems like screwing the knob in bites the side a tiny bit. And the pedals are somewhat uncomfortable to use with bare hands/feet.Slightly larger complaints: The feet aren't as grippy as I'd like. And they can rotate during use so that the machine becomes unstable. Also, it's not really ideal to pedal backwards. Doing so feels unstable and results in rocking the machine. And for me personally, I do wish the pedals were a little further apart. I think their distance is more suited to foot pedaling than to arm pedaling. All of that being said, I do think it was more or less what I expected to receive and entirely reasonable for the price paid.
