A mixed bag
This tool does have some good things going for it. On the other hand, I was not expecting it to preform like the pro grade tool that costs nearly five times as much, but it was still a disappointment.First the good...This tool is made with a significant amount of metal. The housing for the vibrating business end is a substantial aluminum casting. That's better than most pro tile vibrators. Also makes it weigh twice as much, but that's not really an issue with a tile vibrator since it spends most of it's working time on the deck. In fact, it might even make it more effective. Two batteries and a separate charger so you can charge one while you use the other. The suction is operated by a heavy duty metal lever that's easy to operate with one hand. I like that much better than the top operated ones that force two handed operation. It has a digital readout that tells you the state of the battery when running, and what vibration level it's set to.It has 12 vibration levels from jumping cockroach, to filling loosening earthquake. I can't imagine using more than a few in the middle. It defaults to level 5, which feels about right for my normal smallish tile use.Comes in a nice blow-molded case with decent latches. Easy to open with one hand, but secure when closed. Everything fits in it without requiring jigsaw puzzle skills, and the pieces and parts stay put when closed. And now the bad...The buttons that operate the tool are little bitty membrane things on the top of the unit. You have to hold down the power button the whole time you want it to vibrate. That kills your wrist and thumb, and it's nearly impossible when it's on a higher vibration level. They should have just used a trigger like everybody else! The buttons are not reliable. Maybe I just got a defective unit, but I have to repeatedly mash the mode button before the things notices and changes to the vibration level menu. Then I have to do that again to change the level. The directions say to push the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn the unit on. Again, it ignores me. Frustrating, and makes you look like a real nitwit in front of customers and coworkers. The batteries are hard to install on the unit, and nearly impossible to get off without prying them with a screwdriver. The battery charger gets HOT when charging a battery. Not good for the batteries, not good for the charger, and not good for my confidence level. I will never leave it unattended. The suction activation handle may be great, but the locking lever is unreliable. Likes to disengage without warning and drop expensive tile. I just pretend it isn't there and hold the lever myself.Comes with a 7 page user manual, but it's all boilerplate safety info, with just a few sentences about turning it on and changing the mode. Not even anything about how to turn it off (no, pushing the power button doesn't work.)Bottom line...For me, while the thing does work, it just isn't worth using. If you have a one-off job, it might be worth the low price, but then, there are plenty of other tile vibrators available here on Amazon in the same price range, and they at least have triggers.Update...I fixed the suction lever latch. Had to take some material off the top of the pawl that holds the lever closed. It was too long. Works great now. The stuck batteries are a similar problem. They are a tiny bit wider than the slot they slide into. I'll take some material off the edges of the slides and that should fix it.

Effective/Nice Quality
The media could not be loaded. An effective tool that's simple to operate, and probably best for light to medium use. The suction operates well and will serve most smooth-surface applications. It's a bit on the heavy side. 7+ pounds doesn't seem like much, but when you are handling it on a long job it may get a little fatiguing. The benefits of this good tile set outweigh that minor issue though.
