My favorite home addition so far. Love it.
This is my favorite house improvement thus far. I know that a lot of people say that it is difficult to understand the instructions. Either they fixed that with better instructions, or it's not the instructions at all. I was able to get it to work quite easily by following the included instructions. The videos on this product listing are not correct for the wiring so don't use them. This product has surpassed my expectations, and I love it. The remote range is so good that I can open the gate from inside my house or even down the street a bit. Yes there is some noise while the gate is moving, but I like it because it reminds me and my children to stay clear of it. I feel the quality is good, and I hope it continues to work like it has been. You really can't beat the cost. I would buy and recommend again.

Instructions incorrect or unit is broken.
Have spent two weeks trying to install. Manual is horrible. Missed return window thinking I could figure it out. No customer service. Bought cheap and got cheap. Avoid.

The opener works well but instructions are confusing
I like that the opener works as advertised. The shipment arrived a little earlier than expected, which was good. The instructions are not accurate. The codes in the booklet do not match the codes in the control panel, which left me confused and unsure of what to do. My installer figured it out but couldn't follow the instructions in the manual.

Good value, but has some flaws
So the openers are installed and I have been using them for about 2 months now maybe. I have not gotten the power ran to the controller yet but it’s being utilized with an extension chord for now ( mainly to make sure they work before I spend all day digging a trench ). Installation on the double arm gates was a bit tricky and you have to learn the control board as the instructions are not correct for navigation through the menus on some of the steps. I guess I got it set up enough that it does work as it should and that’s it. For the price I say it’s worth it as long as you can live with the small things. If I was to do it over again I’d probably just do a single gate but wanted the large entry for if it’s ever needed. The only issue I have seen so far is if I leave the gates open on a windy day they will kinda bounce back and forth causing the gate to move to the close position and once the. Gates are closed they hit the limiter because the position is not the same and they have to manually be released with the key, shut and then cycled to find their positions. Not a big deal unless you want the gates open and the wind is 5mph or higher. Now this is with the gates only in operation for about 2 months. The gates closed face the west and open to the east. When opens the gates open to face ( broad side north and south) these gates are 14’ and weigh about 40-50lbs each. They are not solid so I wasn’t expecting an issue like this but it’s here. I did change up the mounting brackets on the gate side but every application will be different. And should be expected.I still have to install a second set on my neighbors gates (dual 12’ gates the same as my 14’ gates). But I did this so I could do a trial and error with mine to make sure it will work and hold up before putting up the weekend on something that could have been changed and worked better.Overall they are not bad you just have to learn them. If my gates were racking either north or south I would suspect I’ll have issues. I believe this is just from the gear box design. I think it might need gears that are geared higher for resistance against the wind but this also isn’t a $700+ kit.I would recommend depending on the application I think maybe a single gate with electronic lock (which it shows it’s capable of doing) might work way better. But I would also keep my eyes out on design as well after seeing this.

Works great and it is a cheap solution for what I need
Easy to install, search for sw300dc video instructions for mounting, and follow the manual for setup.Manual has a mistake on remote pairing you have press - instead of +Remotes work fine if there arent obstructions, remember to put te antenna on vertical not horizontal as it comes for larger range.
