Love it. Big screen . Long batt life.
Got this to replace my 13 inch HP Chromebook ; which I really enjoyed. This new one much bigger screen , will allow some apps from Google play store. Machine has a nice big screen. Plenty of responsiveness for Chromebook use. Even play games on it that are web-based. Like board game arena BGA. Also has Linux os mode.

Packaging does not make me think new
It's heavy as reviewed by others but for 17" screen can't say I'm surprised. It looks ew but the manufacturer box was previously opened. The power void was unraveled and re wound. The return label has someone else name and address. I'm traveling tomorrow and no time to get a new one or I would return. The screen is big which I need for an elderly person to stream movies and YouTube content. I hope it works out! Setup was easy and it look like it would do the job

New Chromebook
Very happy with my new Chromebook. Arrived packaged very well so as to arrive well protected. So much faster than my old laptop which is so great and what I needed! The description said there was a little dent in one corner, but that dent is hardly noticeable and does not affect the performance of computer. Very very pleased with this purchase as I saved a lot in going with the used price for what looks to me to be a new laptop!!

Very heavy and way too big.
Great Chromebook, but, I had to return it as it was super heavy and just huge. My hands are arthritic and I had trouble moving it around and wrestling with it on my lap. Extremely heavy. Other than that, it was a fast, easy ship and no problems returning it. I appreciate that they didn't give me any trouble. I'll try a smaller, lighter weight model.

Big and HEAVY
I wanted the largest screen I could get at a reasonable price. This is fine.You don't want to schlep this to the Coffee Shop, this is a Stay At Home Laptop.Perfectly adequate for most users who only need Web Browser and Apps, not full Win or Mac System.Don't like Chrome Browser much, but that's personal preference, have used Firefox since forever...Firefox for Chrome is Android Mobile App, and not at all friendly for customization.

Nice big screen with separate number pad, system weighs a ton
Nice bright big screen. Full keyboard with separate number keypad and delete button is good. But they squeezed the number pad keys making it difficult to touch type the numbers. The proximal edges of the wrist rest a tad sharp making it uncomfortable when resting the wrist there. And they placed a raised edge right where the wrist rest. Very poor design.The plug is for US socket. So need to get adapter for other areas.Overall I think the Acer 317 is a better buy for the same price. It comes with a separate power brick making it easier just to change the plug head if you live outside the US. And the Acer keypad is better designed for typing.
