They are very high quality, aromatic and beautifulUsed them in pickling beets and they tasted better then usual and the only change this time was the addition of these replacement cinnamon sticks. Would recommend and I will purchase again.

Good product, well packaged, good delivery I bought this to try long pepper and it was a great learning experience. But long-pepper won't have a big place in my cooking. The taste is very interesting. The first note is allspice with a hint of clove, then a strong-ish black pepper note, and the finish has bright herbal/floral notes along the lines of winter savory. I like all of those flavors individually, but I don't often want them together. Allspice and clove are great in pumpkin pie - but blk pepper & savory have no place. I clove/allspice/bright-floral would (for my taste) drive any meat dish in a weird direction. Potato salad ? Cold pasta salad ? Maybe a meat/pub pie ? Maybe squash soup ?

Very nice clean product. I like the aroma and flavor of long pepper. You can use it in any dish you want! I even put 1/4 tsp in my coffee grounds for medicinal purposes.

Has a good smell and is good in herbal teas.

Who knows why I was on the internet looking for long pepper but here it is. I am very impressed with this pepper. I don't think I'll ever go back to traditional over the counter at the grocery store pepper.The pepper is warm, spicy and fruity. Of course it's Amazon so it arrived very quickly. Packaging was great. If you purchase this product you will never purchase pepper from the grocery store again.

This Ginger Root is a good herb to have on hand. The health benefits of ginger root are entirely too many to try to list here. I like using fresh when I have it, but for herbal teas, I use dried ginger root and am impressed with Herbs Botanica brand. Although it says you can use it to make tinctures, I like using fresh, organic ginger root for tinctures. But for herbal teas, this product is ideal. If you aren't a fan of the ginger flavor, but need the benefits, you can always add a bit of ground up cardamom seeds which has a citrusy sweet flavor, or a bit of dried orange peel, or both. I use the ginger root in my tea to help with stomach issues and digestive issues. Also good for nausea, and a plethora of other things. I'm an herbalist, not a doctor. You should always seek advice from medical provider before adding any medicinal herbs to your diet.

I really don’t know what to say about this product except in the words of Alicia Keys! Yes, I’ve been burned, but I call it a lesson learned!! I did not receive cinnamon sticks 😤 I received bark sticks with cinnamon sprinkled in the container. The package was sealed, but when I opened the package The smell that came out was bad of a light vinegar smell, without even one hint of cinnamon fragrance. 😤 I thought maybe if I placed the sticks in hot tea then the taste and smell of cinnamon wood surface. I would have been better off going outside and picking up sticks from under my tree and placing them in my tea. It’s not worth my time to send them back, but I will never ever order them again from this company. Thanks a lot for ruining my day because I was so happy to get the cinnamon sticks and to use them I just had surgery and wanted to relax with aromatherapy and taste of the cinnamon in my hot tea. I’m so very disappointed. The container was sealed, but it looked like it had been on a shelf for years untouched.

I love this product! I grind only the amount I use so that it’s fresh. I have used it for my hot chocolate, miso soup, and fish and meat dishes. In my opinion, I like this more than black pepper.
