Nice looking, bought for my husband prior to his coming home from rehab. One wheel seemed a bit wanky. After using for a week the wheel started to tilt. Now it rests on three wheels. Found a wheel bolt that isn’t straight. Trying to reach the Rollator company (VOCIC) but cannot get by a voicemail wall. Just need the bolt. Can fix myself. HelpUpdate. They contacted me, sent me a replacement wheel, all is good

The walker is made from good materials, well built and feel very sturdy. The frame is made from all metal, wheels rotate very smoothly and the brake is powerful. The pouch is made from thick nylon and feels premium. I think the walker will just last long. Overall very satisfied.

Too many screws.screws easily becomes loose. Should have used lock screws.

Do not buy this piece of junk, mine I've had since September and it's falling apart there are two scissors joints underneath with bolts in them that come unthreaded and just fall out never to be found again please don't waste your money on this garbage

A front wheel fell off. I took it apart. It is missing a bearing and a spacer. Not good.

I got this rollator walker because I injured my knee and occasionally suffer from severe knee pain. I have crutches but there's times I wish I had a walker instead. This walker is very high quality, sturdy, and stable. It is made of high quality aluminum alloy and is very lightweight at just 22lbs. It was very easy to assemble. It has hand brakes you squeeze while walking to engage the brakes or push down on to lock the parking brakes. The front wheels are 10" diameter while the rear wheels are 8" diameter making it suitable for different terrains. It also has shock absorbers on the rear for smoother walking on rough terrain and offers cushioning when sitting on the seat. The seat is 18" wide, 10.25" deep, and 20" from the ground and has a sling backrest. The overall width of the walker is about 26"...27.5" with the cane holder on. The basket is about 18" wide, 9" deep, and 6" in height offering sufficient storage space. It has a 265lb weight capacity and the handles adjust from 31.5" to 37.5" in height making it suitable for users 5' to 6' tall. The handles are very easy to adjust in height while the handle grips are very comfortable to hold on to and made of a cushiony rubber so you get a good grip and your hands won't slip. The walker itself is easy to fold and unfold. It even has a buckle to keep it folded. There's also a foot lift on each side by the rear wheels you push on with your foot to make it easier to pop the front wheels up on/over a curb, etc. I'm glad I got this walker. It is very easy to maneuverand and works exceptionally well indoors and outdoors. This is an extremely well made rollator walker that I highly recommend.

Needed help lifting order

This is a great rolling walker deal for seniors. It’s a bit heavier than medical walkers, but at least 2 to 3 times cheaper than them. It is made high quality materials and will last long. The wheels and breaks work well. The shock absorbers make it easier and smoother to use. My mom likes it and she recommended it to few friends.
