I like the clock, good size not overwhelming. The only reason to take away 1 star is that the background is far from white. I like off white but this leans toward beige.

Looks amazing in person. Beautiful clock. My issue with it is that it does not keep time. I've put brand new batteries in it, twice now, and the clock still loses about 1 minute each day. It needs constant fixing. C'mon Newgate, if you make a clock it has to keep time.

Out of commission within six months: 20 minutes slow within a day suddenly. Replaced the battery, same thing within a month. "Product support" is nonexistent.

Bought this clock for its iconic design. Love the leaf-shaped hour hand and clean aesthetic. The first clock arrived damaged. Two cracks in the back of its plastic housing. Also noticed a faint scratch on the clock face where one of the hands must have grazed the surface of the dial. So I ordered a replacement, which showed up in proper packaging (the first clock was apparently not mounted in its intended box, and it came with a battery, which makes me think I was initially sold a damaged return that wasn't even properly re-boxed). Unfortunately, the 2nd clock I received also has QA issues. Another couple of scrapes on the dial face, along with a bit of plastic flash or chips lodged inside the crystal. Returning both. Really annoying, and cannot recommend this brand.
