I love the ease of use. Better than dyson in price and don't have to hold switch on like dyson The stand up mode makes it easy to disconnect container too. Then put it over garbage can to unload dirt. The light helps see in dark cornersEven works on rugs getting hair removed. The support group helped me solve my problem in charging. I had grabbed the wrong charger to charge it and that didn't work. I didn't notice that it has the company name on charger. The support group asked for video and that showed my error Since the other charger was for another machine. I stored them in a drawer and didn't realize I had grabbed the wrong one. I've had been using it for 3 months with no problem. I'm a happy person again

This vacuum works very well, has a powerful motor and I like the fact that it's lightweight and can stand upright without leaning it against the wall. The machine is new and I've only used it a few times. I gave it 4 starts because roller brush picked up a lot of hair (I have long hair) that became tightly wrapped around the ends of the roller brush causing the rotation of the roller brush to slow down. I found the roller brush extremely difficult to remove so I contacted customer service and (Flora) promptly got back to me and sent a video link on how to remove the brush; however, I ended up using a flat-head screw driver to pry the roller brush out of the turbo brush head. I discovered the difficulty in removing the roller brush was due to the amount of tightly wrapped hair around the brush ends. Now I realize it's necessary to frequently remove hairs so they don't accumulate around the ends of brush head which otherwise would put stress on the roller brush rotation and cause wear and tear on the motor.

I am very happy with this purchase. I was skeptical at first but i am very happy with this stick vacuum! Reading others reviews on this vacuum definitely helped me choose this one. We have 3 dogs. A Husky a German Shepherd and a Jack Russell.They all shed A lot! So i vacuum several times a day and this has done a fabulous job of picking up the dog hair.I do have to empty it often. but that doesn't bother me. it's easy to maneuver, has a light on it and i can bend it down to get under tables and chairs. I like that it is cordless and charges fast.plus it was affordable! I like it so much I plan on buying another one for our basement!

I have used this twice now. My house is just about 1400sq feet and two stories. I find that one full charge on the medium suction gets one story completed.I love that it comes with attachments. I love that it’s QUIET. At first I was like “is this actually working” because it’s so quiet but the can filled up so it was working!It doesn’t really create “carpet lines” but it could also be the type of carpet I have.It works on couches too!To charge it does take a while. About 3 hours. I just use it and then charge it overnight.It’s a great dyson dupe! I loved it!

This vacuum is great on hardwood floors for cleanup with kids and pets and just life's little messes. It is light and very versatile. Can get in small areas, on stair treads, and under furniture easily. Love that it is cordless and the charge lasts a really long time! I haven't run out yet and have used it multiple times. Does pretty well on rugs too, but suction isn't super strong, so a larger stronger vacuum works better to get all the dirt and hair up.

We have had our stick vac for about 3 months now. It works well.Recently, the brush stopped rolling. The threads to keep the roller in place were "stripped ", so to say. So, it would no longer turn. I contacted the business through Amazon, and they immediately helped by sending an entire replacement vacuum head with the roller too. I first contacted them on the 12th of Spt and the new vacuum head was delivered on the 15th of Spt. They seem to really care about their customers.

I so wanted to love this vacuum. I was looking for a lightweight option for my current vacuum cleaner--one with a longer handle. In this respect, the vacuum delivers. But the suction is lacking. It leaves me wondering how much embedded dirt will remain in my carpet if I continue to use this cleaner every time. It's suction on high speed seems to be about 50% of my current vacuum. The one/off switch is placed as a trigger on the handle--I inadvertently pull the off button several times while vacuuming, leaving me to have to turn back on the vacuum again (no biggie), but I also must remember to reset the power to high when I turn it back on. ADHD. I forget.It works okay on tile, but it does not have the power to pick up much of the smaller debris left in the corners. I was able to vacuum 2000 square feet on one charge, with one bar remaining. About 15 minutes of vacuuming. You must also clean the roller after every use if you have longish hair. Your hair will not be sucked into the reservoir, rather it will get tangled on the roller.The best thing about this vacuum is it's ease of use--it's simple to set up, it's light weight, and it gets small spills quickly. If you are looking for a vacuum cleaner with strong suction that picks up all the dirt and hair, this one is not it.

This is the best vacuum cleaner. It’s so convenient and powerful for its little size. The battery lasts enough for me to vacuum my entire house. The cordless feature makes it so easy to just unplug and use whenever. The attachments allow you to vacuum your furniture and get into your dryer vent. So glad I bought this vacuum
