Missing the T bar that connects the seat to the backrest portion of the chair. Only figured this out after I’d begun assembling it, of course. It was an Amazon resale purchase but labeled “as new” which indicates it functions as new. Can’t exactly function without an integral part missing…Tried contacting the manufacturer (VANSPACE) via two different methods to order a replacement. Nothing. Amazon wanted to refund me $16 so I can order the part, but without hearing back about the part, I’m left with a $159 chair that I can’t use. To send it back I have to box it up in the original box and I can’t do that because the bottom part of the seat is already together and I can’t get the cylinder out.I’m not happy… may try again for a refund. The chair itself is fine and my kid’s older brother has the same one in a different color and loves it - but for this whole fiasco I gotta dock the stars.Make it right - Amazon or VANSPACE I don’t care — too expensive for this to be happening.

Bought this for my grandson for his birthday. He was so happy. This is a great purchase the colors of the lights he loves. He loves the foot rest. He just loves it. He showed all his friends took a little time to put together but well worth it.

I originally thought that only half of the lights worked BUT, it turns out i had the connecting wires plugged in wrong so that the 2 arrows did not align which resulted in it being displayed wrong. Once I corrected this i was able to see all of the colors and effects accross the entire light strip. They are bright and vivid without being overkill. Its comfrotable for me as well and fits great at 6'1 and 170lbs, amd the massager is pretty decent as well. The only gripe i have is with the cheap footrest bracket made from aluminum that feels like it might bend if i use it and will not stay in place dude to the screw hole not being threaded. Overall amazing chair for the price and would definitely buy again!

I bought this for my 8 year old son and he absolutely loves it. The colors are vibrant and he loves the massage. His older brothers are actually jealous because their gaming chairs aren't as nice!
