Fantastic support! Would buy again and anything else from this seller.
This plane is perfect for beginners, especially grade school kids. It looks cool and is very easy to fly. Yes, it is not the most sophisticated plane. But my kindergartener took only about 20 minutes to get the controls, and the 2 channels are perfect for him to start with. He did crash it a LOT, but it is built to handle it.The only issue is that the propellers and landing gears can occasionally come off when crashed. I'd say of the 100+ times my kids have crashed it, 8-9 times, one of the propellers or landing gear fell off. They're easy to snap back on, so the only issue is losing them. A spare pair does come with the plane. Btw, NOTHING else has broken on this plane in all of those crashes. The seller has been a star. When we lost the spare propeller, I contacted the seller to see if I could purchase another set of propellers. The seller was responsive, prompt, and very generous, and sent a full replacement at no charge! We appreciate the support, and the kids are loving it. They're already saving up for their next RC.Like I said, it's not the most sophisticated RC plane. But it is perfect for first time pilots. Easy to control, you're not worried about crashes, and it is easy to replace the few breakable parts. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to try RC planes inexpensively, especially if you have young kids.

Limited in maneuverability, foam is crash resistant.
So I'm not sure what plane the other reviewers are flying but sadly my review seemingly goes against all of the others.I've also flown a number of RC planes (no, not super expensive or balsa or fuel taking) from cheaper like this to at least all axis brushless motor planes that are quite enjoyable. This one is very limited in maneuverability even for a cheaper plane. Maybe same as the ones in toy aisles for appx same pricing but also more limited than some.So to go up or down, you either increase or decrease throttle. To go side to side it simply adjusts power to each of the 2 motors so somewhat can "yaw". There are no rudder/flap/aileron controls or movement so thus not sure how to make it roll in flight, nor really tightly yaw even.It is made of impact resistant foam with a press on front nosecone.Being small and lightweight with limited motors it's not going to fly well at all in a decent wind. Keep to calm days.I don't feel it's great for beginners because it's going to teach all incorrect responses, reactions and input for any other better plane. Now, for a simple toy for someone it's fine. Nothing special and limited, but fine and probably fun in a very simple way.Not something I'd recommend myself, but not something I'd absolutely say to stay away from either. You get what you get. It works, but it's a limited toy.
