Not sure about that model number, but it worked well with mine

yes ,this is only a key assembly though in other words you unscrew the 6 or 8 screws lift up then replace with new one

Q: is the o ring glued in like Haywards? Forced to replace it when all I needed was to replace the o ring for 10 bucks.

The O-ring was placed in the unit, not glued.
