Q: How do i remove the blind once up? I need to remove the blind to replace a window. I cant seem to get it down

Q: How durable is the fabric? I love the look of these blinds but am worried about the fabric getting punctured or torn by cat claws.

I have 3 cats. They haven’t bothered them at all. Think it’s cause they think shades are shut.

Q: if I order custom size 28 1/8 what is the actual size that is shipped? what is the gap on side for the blind to headrail? should I oversize?

For inside mount, we are worried that some customers measured inaccurately, so we will help them take 1/5" deduction off the width for a security gap.
