After reading the reviews for this service and product I was hoping that I would also be just as pleased with my purchase. I customized my choice and ordered a pink heart in a white frame and kept my fingers crossed. The cost was very reasonable too.I was amazed at how quickly the response came to say that the item had been dispatched. I received the parcel 2 days after ordering. The framed heart was very well presented in pink tissue paper and protective bubble wrap. It looks absolutely lovely and will make the perfect gift for a 30th Birthday present! Lovely. Just what i wanted.When ordering had left it at standard delivery in error.Contacted seller and asked for quicker delivery as birthday gift.Seller said as goodwill gesture would upgrade delivery. Received it the next day. Thank you. Would recommend Seller and certainly use the Company again.

Simple to order, they even accommodated a word addition after I'd got email confirmation that it was being sent to print and changes couldn't be made! I guess I got in touch just at the last chance! I really, really appreciated them doing it for me. I have bought this for a friend who has had a tough time and I love that I can express how I feel about our relationship and she can look at it any time she needs a wee pick-me-up.As a product it beautifully presented, print is crisp and clear and white frame and paper backing is pristine. I'm super happy.

I am absolutely delighted with this product. I ordered it for a Christmas present for my friend and am so glad I did. Firstly, the price is very reasonable. Secondly, it was delivered about a week after ordering. Considering it is a custom order, I find that very good going. And finally, the product itself is absolutely fantastic. Sometimes you find, when you order things based upon a picture, they don't meet up to your expectations and they are lower quality in reality. This is definitely not the case here. It is exactly as good as it looks. Honestly, I could not be happier with it.
