Very powerful and smooth, yet runs super quiet. Nice motor all day!

Got motor in and wired up. All it will do is hum. Found out it needs a starter capacitor that was not with the unit but shows one in the pictures.Cannot seem to be able to contact seller about this issue so I'm returning the item.

I am installing this on a Halloween prop. Not completely done yet. We will see!!

The most important dimensions and wiring info is either missing or inaccurate. Mounting dimensions with bolt size and whether the unit can work in only horizontal, vertical or both setups is not provided.My unit came damaged but working (so far) and also without the mounting bracket, which is called out in the description as a motor support. The cap protecting motor fan is attached, or should be attached to the motor body with 4 round head screws. I have only 3 as the 4th one appears to be torn out and is lost.The wiring diagram is showing outdated motor to controller connectors besides it is very ineligible.In general the seller is not really adding any value by at least double checking for clarity and compliance of sent item with provided information.The box in which the gear motor is shipped came in also damaged because it is not strong enough to protect such a heavy product.I am to far into my project to send it back for this is the second one I received after returning to the same seller identical unit few days ago, which didn't work at all. In total I lost over two weeks of time gambling with this product.

El motor encendió pero nunca giró el eje, estuve esperando el delivery muy entusiasmado para seguir con mi proyecto.Tendré que ver con otro proveedor, me quedé muy desilusionado con esta compra.

It literally is plug and play. Everything is in chinese though so you have to make an educated guess on the orientation of the plug between the motor and the control box.

Product advertising was misleading product struggled to function with approximately 15lbs of torque resistance set on line, but once slight pressure used to guide motor to start it continued cycle as desired.

Appears well built, no complaints there. However the output power is quite weak, any load will stall the motor. I should have checked the WATTS to HP rating.I must admit the seller did issue a refund upon return, thumbs up for them.
