Best gluten free noodles we've had!
Noodles are now a treat for us that we indulge weekly. My husband has to be gluten-free due to Celiacs so we've had to use Gluten Free noodles. Red Lentil and Chickpea from Barilla taste fine but have an off putting crunch down the throat which isn't my Ideal noodle texture. These however, are silky and delicious! As a fun side effect, they make the cooking water purple which might make for a colorful Alfredo the next time i try. I have ordered the Black Rice noodles twice at $30per8 and plan to try the Brown Rice noodles next!

YUM! The best rice noodles!
I have found my new favorite rice noodles. Until now, I have purchased clear or white Thai rice noodles, and they’ve been a big hit in my house. Then I found these, and I don’t think I can go back! The brown rice lends a sweet nuttiness and satisfying depth of flavor that is truly delightful. The texture is slightly thicker than other rice noodles, shape similar to linguine, and I like that. As with any rice product, it is imperative to monitor cook times closely, as if they are overcooked for even a minute they will start to get pasty. I will say though, that even when overcooked, these magical noodles held up much better than their counterparts and were STILL delicious. They kept much better as leftovers than others I have tried in the past too. I wish the packages were a bit larger, but overall this is a wonderful product that I’ll be buying regularly!

Love these
They are pricey but I do think it's worth it. Again, not much to flavor when it comes to any kind of noodle but this is convenient, healthier than other noodle options and you can do anything with them. I often put whatever vegetable or healthy seafood dish I've made over them. I do highly recommend them if you are able to purchase.

Worst Rice noodles
I have cooked with a lot of rice noodles (many different types and brands). This was, hands down, the worst rices noodles I have ever worked with. We tried many different ways of cooking them (I ordered A LOT), and none of the methods worked. Methods tried included the package instructions (boil then drain) as well as the methods hat work well with some noodles where you just pour boiling water over them and stir. I tried pre-rinsing them. I also tried pre-coating them with oil. Each time, the noodles came out either undercooked or a gelatinous mess. Do not buy these noodles. I bought them because I needed a lot of noodles that were kosher for a fish I made for my son’s bar mitzvah. Even cooking them in small batches did not improve the result. They are inedible. I threw most of them away.

You have to get the water to boil on high. Pour a tbsp or 2 of oil. I used toasted sesame oil from trader Joe's. It's the best. Put in the noodles and turn down to medium. Stir it like... a lot. Or the noodles will stick together. You'll prolly mess up the first time cuz you gotta learn the noodles. From the time you put the noodles in the water to the time you take them out is about 7 minutes. Turn the heat OFF after 7 minutes. If they're not done, leave them in the water with the heat OFF and keep checking them every 30 seconds.

Need to cook longer than packaging says
I boiled them for 15 minutes and rinsed them and they were still gummy. will have to try a different cooking method for them. don't go by package, it takes longer than 8 minutes to cook these noodles.
