I love this product. Helped me get my vit d levels up to normal. Easy to take but the taste isn't the best. I do it anyway because it helps supplement vit d.

Okay, so the flavor isn't my favorite. It reminds me of the smell of motor oil for lack of better words. I put it under my tongue each morning and follow it with a glass of room temperature water. It does say to use warm water but I'm too lazy to heat some. So far this year I haven't had a cold despite COVID popping up at the nursing home I work at.

I have an auto-immune problem and I was hoping that this would help it but after buying it several times I can say that I didn't notice any sort of difference and even though the bottle was closed tightly it was like it lost freshness or the original taste in a couple of days.
