Banner was good quality. The same as what you would get from the party store. It came assembled with the ribbon. Almost bought one that was not assembled but saw a review saying that. I decided to cut it and hang the happy on top of the birthday instead of one long banner.

I loved it.I decided to take it apart and make a photo frame instead!

Great item for a great price

Very cute, but was difficult to hang. Definitely need two people! And it’s too heavy to hang without securing in the middle. Other than that, no complaints.
