Perfect!
I am very impressed and the quality of this reel! The hoses are quality, the nozzles are more plastic and not as nice but can always be changed. The hose is fairly easy to walk out but requires a little force and it does lock nicely once you know how to set it. It retracts even better and can actually pull you with it. It never tangles or kinks. Very happy with it. Highly recommend it.

Great product
Easy to install, not heavy, no leaks, i love how easy you can pull the hose in and out, retracts fast and easy! The sprayer is ok, gets suck sometimes but overall i love the product. Looks so nice and clean on our patio.

First product broke. However company sent me a new one
Update: Company contacted me and they are sending me a whole new hose real!!Product worked great for a couple of months but then it wouldn't retract the hose all the way. After tearing into it I found that the plastic part inside that guides the hose had broken.

Great until it breaks
Bought this hose reel a year and a half ago and maybe used it 15 times and it has began to leak from the spigot side to the hose reel. Took the cover off and saw that the lead hose to the reel was not connected anymore because the plastic fitting had broke off inside of it. Should be able to last longer than this given the price we paid for it ($210 after tax at time of purchase). We have multiple of these and they have all been great but am disappointed that this one has failed already.. this has a 24 month warranty, will see if they honor it and update review afterwards

Factory assembly defect
When I lift on the handle the case separates and it falls to the ground. Appears to be an assembly problem from the factory. I requested a replacement. I don’t think this is a product defect but an assembly issue. I will update once the replacement arrives. You can see in the pictures the issue. The mounting lugs appear to be broken on the case.
