Opals!!! So, I'm not a professional rock person, but I always loved opals, so this type of rough cut option fascinated me and I ordered one. And I was blown away with the colors. So much so, I purchased two more times. And it was exciting to see the differences in each piece, not sure if there is particular names for the difference in colors, but the range is amazing, from a bright blue/green to a more commonly seen white opal to the darker opal with a red green flash . I'm planning on making some pendants out of the pieces, and no doubt I'll be a returning customer in the future. Very beautiful and although they may not be good for a jewler, but for someone like myself, are perfect even with the imperfections. :)

It's smaller than indicated. It's a piece of plastic.

I LOVE opals, and these raw opals are gorgeous! (I ordered several, so I'm not sure which review goes with which stone.) All of them have great color, or "fire", and the dust is very easy to clean off with an old toothbrush and toothpaste. I'm definitely keeping my eye out for more of these!
