Everything went smoothly. The couch is very pretty and very usefully functional. We decided to find an affordable couch while we still have dogs who pee on our sofas. This one is well worth it even though it’s low price. Very pretty. The up and down function of the back is so comfy. I can sleep while hubby watches sports and sits up on the end. There was one thing and that was, we had to use glue to secure the legs on. We may go to Home Depot and replace the legs with those big thick wood legs. Otherwise, this is a keeper!

Got here quicker than expected. Was super easy to put together. Is soooooo pretty!!! The fabric is soft. Downside is that it’s not very comfortable. It’s not terrible but I wouldn’t call it a Netflix and chill couch. I still love it tho and would buy it again.

I LOVE this couch!! It is so much cheaper then so many other couches I saw, and it is way bigger, way more versatile, and way cuter as a whole! It was super simple to put together, and has held up really well!

The media could not be loaded. I had mixed feelings about this couch based on the reviews - but I am fortunate enough to say they were able to deliver at a high standard !It is a firm couch, small flaws but the picture/video speak for itself!

While this futon is affordable, I wish I could go back and NOT purchase it. Very cheaply made, not comfortable and it’s more for looks if anything. Lots of defects. We had to make our own incision to attach on of the legs, as it was missing the hole. The legs for the ottoman did not sit how it “should”. The legs of the ottoman were also stripped so it couldn’t be fixed, taken off, nothing.If you lay back the futon to make it into a bed, most times it does not catch and lock how it should when you’re turning it back into an up right futon.I had time to send it back for a refund but the process is a bit ridiculous. YOU have to pay for the couch to be shipped back, mind you this couch comes in probably 4/5 huge boxes and without a promise that you’ll even be fully refunded. I ended up selling it elsewhere.I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Much smaller than pictured, but I do love how comfortable it is! I do wish it had more depth in terms of the seating part as I can’t comfortably sit in this unless I have my feet up and my head laid back on the backrest since it’s so low. It’s really only a one person couch. My partner and I have issues both trying to be on the couch at the same time.

I purchased the dark gray sectional and sofa. The color is fairly dark, but being that it's velvet texture, it's not too dark. The style is very nice and can go with a variety of rooms and designs. The set is designed with more of a firm feel, but it's not uncomfortable. The set has added a lot to my room.My reason for giving 4 stars is that the sets came in 6 different individual boxes that all arrived at different times, so I had to be available to receive them. Additionally, none of the parts were labeled and the instructions did not provide words to explain how to put it together, mostly pictures. As I purchased more than one item, we had a difficult time figuring out what piece went with the others. It took three adults to put these together like puzzle parts. Labeling and adding words to describe how to build these would be helpful. Once we figured out what pieces went together, the assembly wasn't too bad.All in all, I would recommend these to other buyers, but plan to wait for all of your boxes and be prepared to plan out how to assemble. I think you'll be happy with the look once completed!
