Did not work for me!
It just didn't work ...at all. But that's just for me. I probably need to be hit by a 2 by 4 in order to sleep....so I can't say what it will do for you! Best luck!

Works, convenient
I take too many supplements at night. It’s great to have a patch! I use it along with other sleep promoting supplements like magnesium, pharmagaba, P5P, etc. But I the patch seals the deal.

Really works!
My work schedule can get a little chaotic and busy and most nights it's hard for me to fall asleep since I have so many things to do and think about. I have tried so many at home remedies and ideas but nothing keeps me asleep through the night. These were the first thing I tried that aid in sleeping since amazon always delivers so fast and I can't believe how effective they really are! These help me sleep fast and more importantly, help me sleep throughout the night. These are easy to take with me especially for traveling and work like magic! I'll be ordering more!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!
I have been dealing with insomnia and late night cravings ever since I started working a later shift. This patch put me asleep within 15 minutes and completely took away the late night hunger pains that always keeps me awake. 10/10 recommend

What a pleasant surprise
I have relentlessly been searching for a sleep remedy. I’ve tried several sleep aids: pills, NYQuil, grandpas cough medicine etc.Unfortunately, nothing consistently worked.So, I resorted to Amazon searched sleep remedies and decided to order these patches (as you could imagine I was hopelessly optimistic). The next day I received my prime order and applied a patch around 10pm I then through on “The Office” and the last thing I remember was turning off the TV once the theme song momentarily awakened me.I’ve tried many things and I must admit I was surprised at how well these patches allowed me to find my calm and fall asleep. I recommend them to anyone and will definitely be ordering more!!!
