My 10 year old HP desktop finally died and I needed a replacement. I don't need a laptop and wanted a SSD hard drive and an optical drive. This fits the bill nicely. Not top of the line, but fine for what I need.Edited March 2024 - started getting BSOD with memory management errors. Tech support phone and email on the original box so far worthless. Phone does not answer (not even to voicemail) and email to wowpc is unanswered.

Never again!
I will never buy a computer from Amazon again! I will only get straight from manufacturer. I ordered this in December 2023 and now the hard drive is bad. I canāt return and hp is unable to fix saying itās missing a part or something. š”The saga continues.......ProTech (seller) is unwilling to refund for this (obviously) defective computer. I took to an authorized HP service center and was told this computer needs a new mother board. Purchased mid December 2023. Less than 6mo!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

The media could not be loaded. Loud and likely broken within moments of opening. Will be returning.
