Product arrived quickly. Packet came with SIM card and SIM card pin, very convenient. Best of all, it worked flawlessly in mainland China (Shanghai), Hong Kong, and Macau. Able to use all apps behind the firewall including Google maps, Gmail, IG, WhatsApp, LINE. Plenty of data for my trip!

I bought this sim before my Japan trip. It works some area, but it doesn’t work on lots of area such as close to Nara park and Osaka station. It worked well in Tokyo. Be aware if you are going to Nara and Osaka area. This sim doesn’t work well.

Wow this SIM was a life saver. It was easy to install and immediately worked when phone rebooted. I used in Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand. I had no connectivity issues and data streaming was seamless. It works better than my domestic carrier SIM. This is a must but for any 2 week travel to the listed Asian countries. I will purchase again during my next visit

I purchased the 7-day 5G data plan for my trip to Japan. Upon arriving in Tokyo, I inserted the SIM card and followed the instructions to enable Data Roaming, even restarting my phone. Although I could see the cellular signal bars, I couldn't access any data. I then attempted to manually set up the APN as instructed on the package, but encountered issues. The instructions stated, 'Please configure your phone APN (Access Point Name) manually,' leading me to mistakenly enter at the APN name field. Once I entered it in the correct 'APN' field, the data plan worked perfectly. It worked in Nagoya, Kyoto, and Tokyo.

Mainly used data for Uber app, travel guide apps, and maps/directions. Followed the instructions on package. One or two dead spots but bothering walking a block did not fix. Used lispon, rome, meekanos, Santorini, Ephesus. Will but again next trip. Only issue had was the spotty service at the time peer in chervatchia.

I just followed the instructions and it started working. It did not pick up the signal immediately. The phone showed "No service" for a couple of minutes, but you just have to wait. My guess is that people who cannot activate the sim are using locked phones. You need to have an unlocked phone for the sim to work as the instruction states.

Update April 5,2023After 2 days, the remaining 2 (30 day 15G SIM card) that initially worked also got disconnected and China Mobile shows up as the network. I know I did not use up the 15G of data because I got an eSIM from SingTel Airalo, and I used 500M in 2 days on the SingTel network. I am lucky that I still have a slow cell data service and have international data. Albeit at the unbearable speed of 256kb. It was my life line to get the Airalo data service that delivers eSIM card online.If you have to use a physical SIM card, get the 15 day ones and not the 30 day ones. The 15 day SIM cards worked all the way to the end of my trip.Original review …The SIM cards worked like a charm when they do. I bought 6, installed 4. 2 worked on power up. Good. Not the same for the other 2. The other 2 connected briefly and got kicked off. “iPhone not activated Contact you carrier if this problem continues to occur”. It looked like to me that the SIM card is not authorized to work in Japan. So I checked the carrier. And it says China Mobile (in Chinese). Of course these 2 wouldn’t work! It would work in China! So this is a packaging problem. They we mixing up SIM card from the wrong country! Luckily, I bought two extra as backups. The other backup SIM cards (15 day 10G) worked just as expected.

You had better have this loaded to your phone before you get off the plane. I bought for my son, and was installed and ready to go when he got to the airport. I, however, failed to get it for my trip, and was left floundering in the customs area, exhausted and disoriented. DUMMY THAT I AM< WILL NOT GO WITHOUT AGAIN! Must buy, fair price. Will buy next time.

Went to Japan in the spring. This card worked great. We also used esim on our newer phones which is a more convenient and cheaper option if you can get past the setup.

Ho acquistato la sim per partire in Corea dal 14 al 26 agosto. Facilissima da installare, veloce, dati limitati ma avendo il wifi in albergo non è stato un problema, non sono mai rimasta senza internet quando stavo fuori. Super comoda e super economica. Consiglio

Unlike fiddling with VPN, which is increasingly tricky to use and unlikely to work, this solution didn't need any settings, expertise or extra software and worked beautifully just after landing at the airport! I had access to all social media, work-related emails and portals, google maps, etc. At the same time, I was also able to use China-relevant apps such as Alipay, Didi and WeChat. The network was fast and reliable at least in urban areas.I highly recommend this solution over buying a SIM at the airport, which has very little chance to let you use your phone as normal. I hope I'll be able to buy this again next time I'll go to China!
