Came broken, the arm was broken and the box already was opened before

Broken on arrival
So I bought this figure to add to the collection of figures that I have been gathering for the last few months. Unfortunately, the figure's arm was already broken when I unboxed it. A real shame as the other figures I have already, have had no issues apart from a minor bend on one of Nejire's hair strands - something that doesn't come close to what happened with this figure.
