Fit perfect for a 1999 f150 4.2l w/o towing package
Fit perfectly for my 1999 F150 4.2 L without towing package. Cap the transmission line ports on the radiator if you want it’s up to you you don’t have to.

wish the add had stated which style the transmission lines attactments were
delivered as stated. Fit worked as expected. was packaged with-in a second interior box which was good as outside box was damaged upon arrival, satisfied customer.

Works but...
Just know this is a single row radiator. It's fine for the price but if you plan to tow or haul heavy things you should consider spending more for a dual row. It did not come with new O rings for the lower hose so you either need to order those separately or hope that your old ones are good enough to reuse.
