Very impressive for the price
I was initially a bit skeptical because of the price and origin of this flashlight. But for under $25 there is very little I can find to complain about with it.It is a very comfortable size and weight for one handed use. The clip is also removable if that's not your jam. I don't like the smooth texture of the switch, but at least it isn't a pain to press while one handed, I could see this being accidentally pressed a pocket, but it has a lock mode that should prevent most accidental activations if it matters that much to you.The USB C charging is so nice compared to the micro USB my previous light had. The port is reasonably sturdy and can be sealed by the metal housing to prevent water and dust from entering into it. The light also charges very quickly and doesn't seem to get very hot while doing so. I don't think the battery is removable, but again it's not a deal breaker for me at this price. The dynamic dimming is quite nice if I don't need a giant amount of light or want to preserve battery life because I might need light for an extended period of time, it also remembers what I set it to last time I had it on. It was why I decided to get this particular light. The ultra dim mode (activated by a long press) is also nice for very dark indoors locations because it won't hurt my fairly sensitive eyes even if I just woke up in the middle of the night. The beam is pretty wide and has some uneven color distribution at higher brightness levels on my flashlight, so neutral may be better if you need color consistency. I am not personally bothered with it at this price point. The turbo mode requires a double click and puts out a lot of light, but front of the flashlight also heats up pretty fast due to the shear amount of light it outputs. I don't need this light for personal defense and mainly use turbo mode just to show off, but it's definitely there.I have yet to test the longevity of the battery, but I have no issues out of the box at least. I will probably buy more of these or me or as gifts to those that need a little light in their lives.

I bought both the Pro and Pro V2 and I preferred the Pro
Nice, solid light that recharges quickly and reliably lights up when needed. Easy to hold in the mouth if both hands are needed. Small and light enough to carry every day in a pocket.A light this size may not turn night into day, but it gives a comfortable amount of light at a level you can set just to your liking (I didn't find I needed to turn it any where near all the way up). A double tap on the button yields a surprisingly bright maximum output for brief usage - it really does light up a dark room. Overall, the Pro exceeded my expectations for a light this small.BTW, the Pro makes a bit more floody light than the Pro V2, which projects a tighter beam. Both are very good.

Walk Off Home Run
I volunteer for the National Park Service and over the last 26 years every Saturday I need to rely on a flashlight that’s simple to use, bright and dependable. I found the new tech upgrade of the Archer Pro V2 hits it out of the park - walk off home run. Amazingly the new Pro V2 at 950 lumens seems brighter than the Archer 704 at 1,459 lumens. Some complain you can’t replace the battery. that cost anywhere from $5 - $10. When this battery goes, like any other battery and God forbid that day comes, I’ll break down and spring for the additional $10 to get a new light with a new battery that’ll probably had been upgraded with newer technology and most likely something I would have done anyway.

I really want to like this flashlight...but...
I like the size, brightness, functionality, and design (for the most part) of this flashlight, but there are 2 issues I have. First, and slightly nitpicky, there isn't a hole for a keyring or the like. The clip can be put on a keyring, but it comes off easily. Secondly, and more important, using this as an edc flashlight, if I keep it on my keyring or even clip it inside my pocket it keeps turning itself on. I couldn't figure out how at first, but finally noticed that when it rubs against my knife/knife clip/keys that if metal contacts the cap and body of the flashlight that it triggers the switch. It may turn on while I'm walking or driving which is especially interesting if it goes into strobe mode! This not only drains the battery, but it has gotten hot enough that it melted a hole in the pocket of my shorts! I really want to like the light, but I will need to find something else that I can put on my keyring and it won't constantly be turning itself on.
