You must be careful about the location in the wall. It is fairly unforgiving. The other aspect is that the trim does not seem to stay in place.Will work again tomorrow to see if the leak can be fixed so I do not have to take wall apart. Will be very unhappy. Right now, I have paper towels on all joints to prove it is not my installation.I let the faucet sit for several days and came back to it. It appears that the seat finally took. My family thinks it looks pretty cool in the bar setting I put it in. Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I love the look. The water hasn't been turned on so I don't know if they leak as others have said they do. I hope not. I purchased two of them to use with a trough sink. It would of been nice if there was a left hand one so I could of put the two spouts together in the middle with one handle on the left side and one on the right side. So far the only fault with each faucet is that the spout does not come with a finishing collar where the pipe comes out of the wall. Those I had to purchase from another company. The square collar gives it a finished look. Will update after water is turned on.

Whasted hours installing this only to have to cut out sheet rock and remove it because cold water inlet leaks. Its a pity because it looked pretty good and was solid metal. But quaility control is an issue for this company

I installed the faucet, looks great but it leaked no matter how much teflon tape I applied. Also a spout part was very easy to rotate... Finally I replaced original fitting with 1/2 MIP taper nippel (price ~$5) and both problems got solved: no leaks and spout is mounted very firmly..... :)

Very difficult to install. There’s no trim to go around the stem coming out of the drywall. The valve has a thin trim which helps a bit. I rated it a three only because esthetically it looks amazing. Be warned it’s a powerful spray and shoots pretty much to the end of your tub floor. The long screw part is so loose to screw in even with a ton of Teflon tape and it did leak. Hopefully it will hold up with the adjustments we made. I wouldn’t buy this product again because I don’t trust that it won’t leak, ruin the drywall and cause mood issues resulting from that. I also found it for $80 from another seller after paying over $200 for this one! That was a piss off.
