It Works as described, that's why I gave it the five stars, but I see some characteristics that I don't like: 1) it has very little capacity for soap (320 ml), which forces you to refill it frequently (depending on the use you make of it, obviously). 2) its horizontal shape forces you to be very careful to make sure it is completely level when it is placed on the wall. 3) It is a bit awkward to refill the soap, so it is advisable to have an additional funnel article or to be disassembling it to refill). 4) The mounting system on the wall is by means of a piece with adhesive which could be an apparent advantage, but over time it may become detached and fall off and there is no replacement included. I can't comment on the battery life because I have only recently purchased it.Update #1.Two other aspects that I don't quite like are as follows: 5) the sensor is not very sensitive, so the hand must be passed two inches or less away, otherwise it will not dispense soap. 6) the device is relatively narrow, so you have to place your hand very close to the wall where it is installed and sometimes even touch the wall. There are other devices on the market that are better designed in all these respects. I do not take away stars because I insist, it does what it promises although with many opportunities for improvement.

It’s absolutely perfect and has been working flawlessly for several months now. I love the design and the installation was suuuuuuper easy. Definitely recommend.

I used this for a couple of months and it worked great. Then, all of a sudden it stopped working for no reason. It is charged, I tried everything, but it doesn't work anymore. Once it breaks down, it's unusable.

My wife live it it’s super nice and it holds the charge for long time oven if we use it several times a day, we also love how easy it’s to see when running out of soap cause the big round clear window. Cons. The only bad thing about this dispenser it’s about the sensor when mounted to the wall already it doesn’t detect ur motion hand to dispense the soap because the sensor it’almost hit the wall when mounted.

It worked fine the first month then stopped working and they sent me a new one within two days. Now we’re back to washing hands the way we love to, touch less. Thank you so much again for the easy service.

This dispenser worked GREAT for the first three months or so but now won’t hold a charge longer than a day. I had only had to charge it twice but now I have to keep it plugged in. If there’s a replacement battery, please let me know! Hoping this situation gets resolved because the whole family loves it and it’s made really well and easy to fill.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to put up and easy to clean . The set up wasn’t difficult at all since the instructions make it simple . Good size and the charge lasts a good length of time I have gone three weeks with out charging and the clock is always on display .

Il n’y a aucun moyen dans les instructions de régler le problème. Il a arrêté de fonctionné en meme pas 4 mois, très déçue.

DISAPPOINTED!!! Changing a review is never something I want to do but after having it up and in use for 2 months now. I have had to recharge it 2 times and now it seems to not stay charged. I have found it off on 2 different occasions and now just leave it plugged in. Hope there can still be something done about it seeing it's now past 90 days that I purchased it.The instructions were easy to follow. I am happy with the suds it creates. Will need to adjust my mixing ratio for the liquid soap I use but I guess that is normal.
