Great gazebo and customer service
Very delighted with this gazebo. The assembly took a bit of effort. But once assembled it was just as expected. Beautiful and provided great shade. To make things better the customer service was also amazing as well. One of the legs of the gazebo had been damaged during a severe weather event where I felt it needed to be replaced. So I emailed their customer support team to see where or if I could purchase the replacement. They simply asked me what was the part number and shipped me the replacement free of charge. Very professional on their part. After a year of use, the gazebo has withstood various rainy days including wind gusts of 32 mph. So looks to be durable despite its lightweight.

Love it
It took my son and I 2 days to put this together only because we got tired the first day. The roof was the easiest part but it was all worth it once it was done. We've had some rain and wind after it was up and only a little wet inside because the winds were strong and blew the curtains in some. Provides ample shade and the netting let's a good breeze flow through. It's very sturdy and secure.

Pretty nice for the money 12’x16’ Gazebo with polycarbonate roof
Quality seems pretty good and seems pretty study. I’ve only had this up a little over a week so let me cover a few things I’ve noticed so far. First be prepared to do a lot of screwing (over 260 bolts and screws- buy yourself Allen bits and use a screw gun or drill). There are no written instructions but plenty of good informative pictures for assembly. Took me and one other person about 6 hrs to assemble.Once assembled we had some strong winds associated with a rain storm three days after assembly. The unit did a fair amount of swaying but that was partially because I had not had time to secure it to my deck. I hurried and used cable straps for the time being and once I temporarily secure two of the four legs it held up pretty well. During the rain I noticed I had one panel that leaked by the horizontal bar that joins two of the large roof panels (not much but enough to want to fix it) I bought some brown tinted caulk and caulked around all the upper large panels and have not had an issue since. There is some light that does shine through the tinted panels but the panels pretty much block the heat of the sun. I also bought two fans with lights and added two U bolts to the top (because it only comes with one center one which I did not use) and with the fans it creates a nice cool breeze under the gazebo. I bought the fans off of amazon as well and they are 21” fans. I put the U bolts approximately one inch from the Hooks they provide just so the fan would hang against the supports they have that run across the unit so I could use cable straps to secure the fan to them so they wouldn’t sway while running(personal preference but not necessary)For the price you really can’t beat it but you will most likely have to do a little customizing to make if perfectly functional for your needs.I know some reviews have complaints on certain issues but I really never had much of an issue with anything except the leaking but that was a pretty simple fix that I was willing to do.In the photos I attached the one from inside the gazebo you will see I ran electric for the light and fans. The wiring, fans and “C” channelI used all were bought on Amazon.

Revised 6/1/2024. This is a quality product for the money it’s a steal
Revised 6- 1- 24My initial review below is correct . However since we erected in April we took the screens out and. There were 6-8 stitched areas where as the screen was ripped . I can't believe a company would send out damaged goods especially the screen . Also there were roof panels that were repaired using heat as you can see where the heat / melt marks are . With all of the nice things I have said about this item it all goes to crap. If I would have known this I would have not ordered .This item is truly good quality and I was impressed . I am not easily impressed . I am a skilled Carpentet for over 35 years this is the best gazebo furniture play ground play sets etc. this by far was engineered almost perfectly . I can tell you this the only thing wrong with this was the screws . I call them one time screws . Once in and if you needed to take out that screw is shot , stripped out. Now , I mean it I didn’t see anything else wrong in terms of quality and ease of putting it together . The directions are illustrations with no verbiage so pay attention . Count all your parts and match to the part list I do this with anything I buy that requires this kind of installation . Truly remarkable for the moneyAlso the Pollycarbonate roof is truly astounding light weight , in protection. Oil summer warm in winter with curtains close . When installed they are like a rock and also helps satbali e the unit . Good stuff !!!

Fantastically well constructed!
First off, whoever designed this thing is a damned genius. Everything was so perfectly put together, and the attention to design detail is amazing. The instructions have a QR code that takes you to a video of someone putting it together in THE LARGEST ROOM EVER, but it was great to give me an idea of what I was getting into. They say it requires two people, but won't a bit of ingenuity I was able to construct it myself, and it only took the length of Billy Joel's entire studio discography (about 8.5 hours or so).I have no idea how it will hold up to PA weather yet, but it seems to be very solid.Literally the ONLY problem I had the entire time was ONE hole not being drilled properly for one of the supports. I used a screwdriver to break off a metal bur, then my drill pushed that screw home without problem.Highly recommend just off construction alone. If I remember I'll update in a couple months with how it's holding up.
