Love these I bought two of them. They work great nice and loud. The earpiece is great completely invisible.

Just so so
I bought two pieces of Black + Acoustic Tube. One of the radio speakers didn't work, good. one of the pins did not fit well as I have to press to get the voice. If I remove my hand the sound fate away. So I throw away one speaker but kept the acoustic tube. You get what you pay for.

PTT button sucks, 3.5mm jack super weak!
Bought this for airsoft use. PTT button worked on 1 of 2, and on both the 3.5mm jack broke with minor movement. These things are junk.
