The media could not be loaded. I bought it thinking that I was going to return it but not! It does its job very well, even my 5yrs old child can do it. Easy to operate, make good amount of ice. Easy to clean… It is just perfect!!!Before this one, I bought a $20 one for kids and we were disappointed because my son could not do it and even for the adults was hard to operate. It felt like it was going to break and we returned it.This one is cheaper and does it’s job!!I recommend it!!

All in all it's a good product. To preface I got mine on sale for about 10$ so it was good for the price that I paid for it. I received all of the parts which seems to be made out of "good quality" plastic. Not the best quality but certainly not flimsy and appears to be very durable--should last a few years at least. It's easy to use and I appreciate the lids that come with the ice "trays" so I'm not spilling water everywhere. The Ice trays seal nicely as well. It's easy to use with the mold given to freeze the ice in--its not easily used when using other pieces of ice. That's why I'm giving in four instead of five stars. When using something like ice cubes it comes out super uneven and your left with pieces you may not necessarily want--the same effect can happen when the ice "tray/mold" is not level within your freezer. Another thing that worries me is the razor--the razor came very sharp and ready to shred some ice but I'm a little worried about rust. I've had the machine for about a month now with regular use and drying after each use so this has yet to happen. All in all for the price that I got it at it was a pretty good buy. I'm pretty satisfied.

Looks are deceiving in such a good way. The disc it makes looks small, but it fills up an entire bowl eith shaved ice. It's the perfect consistency that soft snow feel you need for bingsu or Hawaiian snow. Perfect and fast, easy to use. Best addition to our dessert cabinet.

Child opened the box and I have pictures all the contents of the box. The entire top portion of the machine is missing, completely.Do NOT expect to use this right out of the box. You must first freeze water in the provided bowls and use the resulting ice block in the shaver, IF you receive all the parts! My child was very unhappy with his birthday money purchase!

My father in law loves shaved ice in his cocktails. We got him this and it works great!

This was funny! It literally grinds the ice & you have to churn it (old school style & work). It was hard to push the springy lid closed after the ice is frozen. If you don’t mind manually churning for a funny form of shaved ice this is for you.

If you just want one snow cone it's great if you want multiple it's too much hassle
