There's pretty much a sound for everyone on this machine. It's also non-looping, so you don't hear that annoying click or pause before the sound starts again. It can be set to run for 1 - 4 hours or all night (that's the infinity symbol). While I don't use a nightlight, it's nice to have for when company comes and I loan them a sound machine for the night. It's super light, so won't add weight to a travel bag, however, it is a tad large to be taking on trips if you only use a carry-on, like I tend to do. Still, I'd sacrifice a shirt or two to take this with me! It's super easy to use. It even comes with directions! No app needed! It has great sound for the price (no, it's not a Bose speaker!). You can even try putting it on different surfaces to see how it changes the sound and find what works best for you. It comes with the plug and cord, which is nice. Especially since it's not a 'C' USB cord. The buttons are also a nice size. You're not trying to figure out which one does which because they are too small and close together, like some machines I've seen. This is an excellent deal!

Arrived quickly. It plugs into the wall, so no guessing when it needs to be charged. I love the color. The nightlight is really convenient. I got it for the fan sound because I'm tired of replacing a fan every year to sleep with. It's perfect. It runs all night. The sound is just right. The volume has a huge range. The only odd thing about it is the strange circle light it projects on the ceiling when it's running, but it's not bright enough to distract. It was just a funny surprise. I would absolutly recommend this item. Five stars.

Bought for use with a new puppy. Lots of noise options for calming him while in his crate plus love the various color/light options. Turns off after four hours. Great purchase!

Good sound quality versus the Sleepbox sleep machine I bought 2 or 3 years ago. The sounds that put me to sleep the best are rain, waves, and a crackling fire. With this box, it is obvious what I am hearing which is better than with the Sleepbox which was hard to distinguish what I was listening to. It is also a plus that this box will play plug into a USB port or a regular electric outlet so that I did not have worry if I forgot to recharge before trying to sleep. The one thing that it does not have something I could not find with other machines a media USB port, so I play some of my recorded sleeping sounds.

Great little machine! Small enough that it fits on a corner of my desk, but powerful enough to help drown out background noise in my busy office. The light adds a nice ambience as well.

It's wonderful to have something to mask the chirping crickets that I hear due to tinnitus! I prefer the sounds of birds, ocean waves, and piano music. If you have a baby, it would probably put them to sleep. Personally I find the white and brown noise just irritating, but I would recommend this machine to others.

I purchased this machine to use in hotel rooms to block out unfamiliar sounds, but it has also come in handy at home. I live next door/across the street from college student rentals. This machine does a great job of drowning out their noisy late night gatherings so I can sleep.
