Love this shower faucet set with five different settings on the shower head. Kids love it and they had so much fun the first time using it. Hopefully the fun last for a while since this is the first time they’re using this type of shower head with multiple functions such as mist, waterfall, rain, massage and etc. Ever since installing this, for the past couple of days, they’ve been looking forward to taking a shower. The handheld faucet has even more settings to play with such as stream, jet spray, water saving, and etc. The set was very easy to install according to my contractor. It looks very modern and stylish in my newly renovated bathroom. Water pressure is also great. No leakage or noise so far. Great set.

I Would have given this Product A five star rating , but for the fact that the The directions do not have Dimensions. It is a very well made solid product All of the discussions are heavy stainless finish And it just looks amazing as I said , the only problem with The dimensions are not called out on the on the directions , so if you don't know what you're doing it could be difficult. But If you take your time and check all your measurements to make sure the fittings have the correct protrusion to attach the shower fittings after the tile and backer board are installed you will be fine. Make sure the thread depth is going to get you a flush excursion. As I said the quality seems to be very good. I will see if in a year or so if I still feel that way.

The ELLO&ALLO Matte Black Tub Shower Faucet Set with Valve and Trim Kit has been a major disappointment. After getting it professionally installed, the cheap parts proved problematic: when the shower is on, water still comes out of the handheld or tub spout, making it impossible to use as intended. To make matters worse, the spout attachment is too short, and when I consulted Home Depot and a plumbing store, they informed me that the part used is actually designed for gas, not water. No local stores even carry replacement parts for this item, and they warned me that it could eventually leak without any visible signs until it’s too late.Customer service was another headache, with only an email option available for contact. Amazon informed me that the only way to get a refund or compensation is to uninstall the product, but since it's welded into the pipes, removing it would be costly. While the faucet set may look stylish, the poor quality, lack of support, and potential for future issues make it a waste of time and money.

Love this shower. Great water flow, easy adjusting. Easy install.

My contractor was hesitant to use it, but couldn't find anything comparable that would get here quickly, so he installed it. It's been almost 8 months, no problems. Seems to be solidly built.

We had a custom walk-in shower built this summer. We have no door on our shower and only half walls with no glass. The rain shower head is great and does not splash outside of our shower. However, the hand wand leaks when it is turned on and splashes absolutely everywhere! Our contractor specializes in custom showers, and I know he knows is trade well. He said it was defective. It leaks badly where the hose connects to the wand. I reached out to CS and I'm waiting to hear back on their proposal to correct this.

This is a really sleek shower head and wand set. I like that you can use both individually or together to get that ultimate showering in a waterfall feeling.The abs is high quality and looks gorgeous. You don't have to worry about it rusting which is nice in the Midwest since we have hard water.Overall it's a great set. It is very easy to install and high quality for the price. It definitely upgraded the look of a bathroom.
