Kids bought this for their dad and spent over an hour all taking turns playing tunes on it. A lovely instrument, calming sound

A nice little package. It’s pretty basic but just what I wanted. Now to soften up the neighbours, the noise isn’t annoying apparently! I bought a separate book in addition to help me on my way. It’s very relaxing just to jam on.

15 tone tongue drum tuned to CHave done a lot of watching of videos of tongue drums learnt some odd things, like no one puts the letter of the key the tongues tuned to, or even has the picture in the destruction manual, that seems odd, am thankful added numbers.This Lekato tongue drum happens to allow magnets to stick should it ever go out of tune, there is a rubber type bung to remove all seems to be coated inside as well. this drum has 3 rubber feetfinally played a hark the herald which uses all the top dot 3 high range notes . out of another additional purchase the Tongue drum book 100 songs,.my path to this Lekato drum has been an 11 note same brand which needed more notes for my use, did not know that when ordered, and another branded 15 tone that has the numbers on tones scattered about who'd that be an issue, however it was for me so that's returned. This Lekato 15 tongue drum has the tongues 1 i together, that continues round making finding much easier for this beginner. meaning a more better smooth note delivery then a jerky oh its there tap gap in music..this drum has a nice sound, it can get quite loud if want it to be, quiet with less tap action, its got a textured coat and is the colour in pictures.notes can last awhile if play like its red hot quickly remove finger after tapping.the bag while does the job is not as padded, the zip teeth is not as large as other, however it does store the mallets to outside. has piping handles and shoulder strap so is functionable.using hands to play music all notes preform as expected, the mallets work, and the finger hammers seems to be good sound as well.there are more number books in toned C than D apparently.eventually hope to read music although enjoy making tunes up.the only issue is cannot use due to other half using it😁 its so much more playable everyone has to have a go.my specs for finding a tongue drum was15 notesthe tongue tones of same number next to each othera nice soundmagnets should stick to it for future proofingall in all am pleased with this purchase..

The media could not be loaded.  Such a beautiful sound and very easy to use! It came with several music sheets and it's beautifully designed! The video was taken just 15 minutes after opening so shows how easy you can learn to play it!My ears were vibrating with positive vibrations and I felt calmer and happier after using it!Next purchase will be a bigger one!

bon tambour belle sonorité, le tout est de trouver le meilleur endroit pour frapper, souvent au centre de la languette , son assez agreable et tambour pas trop lourd

Ich habe mich für diese Zungentrommel entschieden, da mir der Klang (und die Melodie :)) im Video sehr gefallen haben. Alleine das zuhören fand ich sehr entspannend. Die Kritik in anderen Rezensionen bezüglich des Klangs kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Bei mir ist es so, dass der Klang zum einen von dem Standort abhängt. Ich finde es klingt z.B. nicht gut wenn man sich die Zungentrommel im Sitzen auf die Oberschenkel legt. Ist vielleicht auch logisch da ich auf diese Art den Klangkörper behindere. Also einfach mal verschiedene Standorte ausprobieren. Zum Anderen hängt es glaube ich davon ab wie und wo man die Zungen trifft. Aber Übung macht den Meister. Und obwohl ich vorher kein Instrument gespielt habe, klinkt es doch meistens :) ganz gut. Was bestimmt auch daran liegt, dass man keine Noten lesen muss. Allerdings fällt es mir schwer Lieder zu spielen deren Melodie ich nicht kenne. In dem beigefügten Song Book kenne ich leider den Großteil nicht. Aber wofür gibt es den das Internet. Toll wäre es gewesen, wenn die Melodie von dem Video dabei gewesen wäre.Auf jeden Fall finde ich das spielen - sogar als Anfänger - sehr entspannend und schön.

The media could not be loaded.  Ce Tongue Drum est parfaitement ajusté !Le seul que j’ai testé sans fausse note !Le son est harmonieux et les notes sont juste.Beaucoup de soin semble avoir été apporté à cet instrument. Le revêtement est simple, plutôt fin et agréable. Les chiffres sont bien collés avec peu de relief pour ne pas gêner. Ceux avec les points pour les gammes inférieure ou supérieure manque de visibilité car le point est trop prêt du chiffre.Le bandeau en corde tressé est simple et joli. Il perd néanmoins un peu de fibre. Mais surtout il tiens bien grâce à un bandeau antidérapant collé sur le drum.Les deux baguettes peuvent être équipé d’embout interchangeable. 2 Model d’embout en gomme sont livré, un est poreux et l’autre lisse.4 gommes pour doigt ( poreuses) sont livré et de meilleure qualité que d’autres testées.Manuel sommaire en anglais avec quelques partitions (quelques notes douteuses !) pour démarrer.La note C de base est inscrite à l’arrière (C= 3=Mi)L’ouverture arriere est juste assez grande pour y passer la main ( une main fine rentre aisément)Le sac de transport est correctPour le prix de 95€ c’est une excellente affaire.J’en ai testé plusieurs de cette gamme de prix et ce format (13"/15 tongues) qui sont vendu sur Amazon et celui-ci est de loin le meilleur que j’ai gardé.

Très bel instrument qui fait un beau son .C’est un enchantement de s’en servir et il est très beau, sac de transport pratique même si j’aurais ajouté une poche. Je l’ai reçu 1 jour plus tôt !!!
