If I didn't know better I would have thought they sent me a brand new PC instead of a refurbished PC. Totally happy with the PC.

Doesn't work
Was great at first but after owning this for just over a month, it suddenly stopped working. My child that worked for months to earn this is beyond dissapointed. *will update if the company makes ir right.*update: we contacted the seller on Saturday. On Sunday they responded that they'd like to help and needed our contact information. That was provided promptly. It's been over 24 hours with nothing from the seller. I'm not a happy customer.*new update- This computer was delivered Nov 2 and today is Feb 18. The seller did replace the computer at no charge to us in January. The replacement was not the exact computer we bought and did not come with wifi capabilities. I requested a refund but they declined. After too much back and forth they sent us the drivers needed. We'll, here we are today with another crashed hard drive just over a month after the replacement. Save your time and money. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

computer did not work as advertised.
product was delayed in shipping, maybe due to weather. Packed very good, all parts were there, but the computer would not boot up/blank screen.Called 2 customer service numbers listed and one of the main published customer service numbers is disconnected. I was hoping for a better result for this product.

BAD product, BAD company
Had to sit on customer service over 2 HOURS when i first received the product because of issues it had out of the box. Then I get charged a $250 restocking fee for returning this garbage. Avoid any products from this company. Wish I could give negative stars.

Won’t stay powered on
First this was a Christmas present for my sonAnd I finally decided to take it out the box and set it up and while I was setting it up it kept going outAnd I thought because it was updating and going through changes that that was the reason.Fast forward to trying to play fortnight it just keeps powering off so I have started my return.Just be careful

Didn't work
Did NOT work right out the box. Not returning. I gave to a trusted friend to just repair. Tried to save money by buying this unit. Well, they pretty much slapped me in the face. I will not return it. Don't want to deal with the headache. A bad review will do for me. Do not contact me. Will not change my review. People should know how you do business
