Perfect all terrain hoverboard. Bought for use by my 13 yr old son who wanted something to get around on Rougher terrain. It has been great for its purpose. He’s 6’ and 140lbs and no issues with weight or slowing down. Would buy again.

Good quality hoverboard
Perfect gift for my kiddo! It doesn’t have speakers or Bluetooth connection but the lights work and are very bright. Super durable and sturdy. The battery life is not super long lasting but it suits well for in home use and play.

worked only once, product malfunctions
The first hoverboard we received had a bad motor and customer service went out of there way to address this issue in the most professional manner. The particular service member who reached out to me was Likko and was prompt and understanding. We have since received a new hoverboard and it is a great product. Very smooth compared to our other brands. I would definitely use this company for other products in the future.

GoTrax customer service stepped up and made me a believer
My daughter loved it but it was a Christmas present (bought in Dec) so she didn’t get to ride it much due to winter. She got about 6-8 months of use out of it (not daily) and didn’t ride it much this past winter. She pulled it out the first chance she had but the battery is bad. It’s a 1 yr warranty which we were just a couple months past and you cannot replace the battery, you have to replace the whole hoverboard.UPDATE: after posting a review the company did reach out to acknowledge the time frame of expired warranty and offered to exchange so I do commend them for stepping up and providing exceptional customer service. I would recommend trying this company out.
