Quality leaves a lot to be desired
On receipt of this product, I fortunately did not plug it in using the USB power cable (1A at 5V is 5Watts of power). I did however put three AAA alkaline batteries in there. It did not do anything apart from a fine stream of smoke coming from it. It is quite troubling with the amount of product coming in directly from China. Labour is cheap, quality poor. This could not even have been tested when it came off of the production line. A USB cable could have delivered more power, so the result could have been worse. I would not want to leave something like this in my home unattended and switched on. It is not inconceivable that it could start a fire. I have returned it and am not seeking a replacement.

Nice when it works!
Nice strong light when it works. Unfortunately it only stays on for around 10 minutes with new batteries.
