Camera not compatible with Windows Hello
Received laptop two days ago, overall, very satisfied. Laptop is as described and loving the clean white look. My only negative is the Windows Hello app will not recognize my camera so i can use facial recognition to sign in. Even with removing and reinstalling camera and drivers still no luck. If anyone has had this issue and found a fix, please share.

Battery won't hold a charge.
Got this for my kid for Christmas. Used less than a year and battery is already kaput.

laptop unable to download from intenet. HP trouble shooting unable fix.
This laptop was unable to download apps from the intenet, just from the app store, due to a mode S. This was discovered by HP troubleshooting. They called it a Huaweir computer.

Slowest computer I've ever owned, straight outta the box this thing has sucked, constantly disconnectnfrom internet and takes minutes to open anything on the computer itself.
