Hi, thank you for reaching us! We suggest you to wirelessly charge the Airpods with AirPods compatible charger, due to the lower power output of Apple Watch charger, it might not be able to charge airpods with the case on. But here is a video when you charge wirelessly with the case on.

Q: What is the difference between silver and silver (new)?

Hi there!! Thank you for reaching us and asking this very IMPORTANT question. We used to only have one silver option, but currently the "Silver" option is the one with updated design of bigger charging hole which fits and compatible with TYPE-C cable as well as the lightning cable. WHILE "Silver -NEW-" option is the case with smaller charging hole (ONLY compatible with Lightning 8-pin Cable). We know that this might cause a confusion, but we are not able to change the variation name once uploaded, so we hope this will help our customer when purchasing the product.
