I thought it like a cloth fabric. And i bought it for outdoor balcony.

Q: Can this baby balcony safety mesh Net be use outside on the balcony? And os it good when it rains?

Yes it can be used on a balcony. I would get extra ties for security and it will hold up in the rain but like anything it becomes worn and would tear in about a year if you get a lot of sun and rain.

Q: Will this break down after a long time?

Yes like any material about 6 months to a year with rain and sun.
