Heavy duty, smooth operation. We purchased these for 2 closets with doors that have built-in mirrors. Once the track was modified to fit our situation, the work perfectly. Smooth 1 finger operation.

Got 2 of these softclose closet door kits. Track is good, trolleys are fine and the door does travel very smoothly on the track. The reason for the 2 star ranking, is that once a door is closed, you have to pull really hard to get the door to open again. Once it is past the softclose mechanizm... the door will again travel smoothly on the rails. I've tried to see if there is a way to adjust the mechanizm's to allow them to open more smoothly, but so far, no luck. I keep hoping that over time, this will loosen up and these will open easier, but so far, about a month in... they are still very hard to open.Other than that, the only other thing is I wished, that the track facia came in different colors other than aluminum and black. Had to have my contractor glue a facia board to the track and paint it to match our trim.

This 48" unit with soft close was the same price as the unit which did not have the soft close feature so I thought I'd try it. It is well built and the track is thick and strong. I would have given it 5 stars except the soft close feature was too strong. With my hollow core doors, it was too hard to disengage the closer and open the doors. It might work fine on heavier doors, but I just used it without the soft close. It works great. Worth the price.

First off throw away their instructions as they are wrong and worthless. Need to go to hardware store and buy different screws. Screws they provide are cheap and break. There is zero customer support and again instructions are worthless. That being said very happy with the product.

The product was purchased for the soft close feature, the instructions are so bad that it wasn't able to be used, and the additional cost was a waste. Screws are so soft broke of head of every other installing.
