They were great at sending the kiosk. I got upgraded for free to a 43" model when I ordered the 37". I had a technical problem when it arrived in that the touchscreen didn't work, but they quickly helped me resolve it (it was just a loose cable, probably happened in shipping). The device works great, its exactly what I ordered. They couldn't have been more helpful or had better service!
