Q: Can the dvd be copied? I have two projectors.

Don't see why not if ordered from atmosfx you get it in a digital download then just transfer to a USB flash drive just make copies then

Q: Do you need to have sound for this to be entertaining? I want to play rear projection from inside my house but people outside won’t hear it.

Most people don’t use the sound and use it as rear projection from inside. You could use a Bluetooth speaker if u have a Bluetooth enabled projector

Q: Can the videos be set to play on repeat or will someone have to hit “play” every few minutes?

They can be played on repeat, set it and forget it.

Q: how long is the video? Can I run it on a loop?

I have no sense of time so I can’t say how long, but you can run thru all the scenes in a continuous loop. I believe you could also just play one of the scenes continuously but we never did that.
