It doesn't have wiring to tie into automatic adjuster switch but I don't move my side mirrors once they're set. Easy install. Saw some reviews that said mirror vibrated when driving but I had zero problem with that maybe because I used the original seal because it seemed thicker and more flexible than the new one. My neighbor noted that it was a different color than my driver's side mirror, but that's a "him" problem not a "me" problem 😆
