I bought seven cards to use in cellular security cameras. Three of the seven did not work AFTER I had to set up a monthly $30 payment. There appears to be no website (or other way) to get customer service for this product. I can certainly report this to my credit card, but I've now got 7 charges of $30 on the card from this company. I don't know which ones are for the good cards that I want to keep using and which are from the bad cards. I put in a question in the Amazon interface about this and have not gotten a response.

I ordered one of these data only sim cards about 2 weeks ago and have so far put it into three different unlocked devices and it has worked fine in all three. This is a pretty decent card for IOT devices and hotspots without having to be bound to silly contracts. Some of their plans, specifically the one month plans, do require a subscription. However they also offer plans that do not require a subscription which will allow you to buy a block of data to use over several months with no obligation to renew, which is the option that I personally really like and prefer. Being this sim card is data only, do remember that it is not designed for phone calls and also not designed for texting. It is specifically designed to give your unlocked devices and IOT devices internet connectivity which it does seem to do a good job with that task. Not bad at all.

Sim card did not work well, when it was working. It does not stream fast enough to get continuous/live feed. It ran out of data and the previous links/sites I went to to set up the card do not work and I am unable to refill even if I wanted to. I had an EIOTClub card prior and had no issues with it.

Bought this for my mom and it was just what she wanted. She needed it to hook up an old phone and it did the job perfectlyl

Purchased this SIM card to install in a wireless modem. Purchased 5gb plan for 14.99. The portal took the money. The web based tool said it was activated. It Never activated and didn’t work. Customer service numbers didn’t work and couldn’t find additional numbers. Buyer beware. Stay away from purchasing these cards. Returning mine.

I tested this in a hotspot with external antennas and it was pulling in speeds half of what my phone was able to get. I tested the hotspot with my phone sim and it was pulling in comparable speeds to my phone so the only difference is this SIM card. My phone only has access to T-Mobile towers and this SIM was using TMobile towers as well if my hotspot is to believed.The website to top up is easy enough to use but you'll have to type in a lot of numbers in very small text on the SIM card. I'd suggest storing it in a text file on your computer so when you need to top up, it's easy enough. Same with the link to top up - they provide it to you in two different places - the envelope wrapper for the SIM card, and the SIM card holder. Once you pop out the SIM card, there's no need to keep either of those around except for that link.Overall it's nice to have this but I'm highly underwhelmed by the performance. In a pinch, I could see this being a life saver but a one month mobile plan might be a better bet for speeds and ease of use.
