Bought as a gift for a granddaughter and she loved it.

I absolutely LOVE these kits and so do my girls (6 y/o and 8 y/o). They have really taken a liking to baking and this allows them independence while also learning! Win win!! This kit was so much fun…what kid doesn’t want to make their very own chocolate bar?!! Can’t wait to buy more kits for Christmas! A must buy for any kid!!

I recently ordered the candyland kit. I was very disappointed in the quality of the products inside the box. The chocolate had been melted in shipping and would not melt properly in the bowl. Also the foil wrapping was torn and could only use one. The candies wear stale. I love the idea but I ended up using ingredients from my home instead. Ordering directly from the company maybe better since it’s not sitting in an Amazon warehouse for months.

This kit is a lot of fun. It's something different and giftable. I will say the chocolate is quite sweet, but the kit is nostalgic and has several fun things to offer. This is something fun and interactive that has several little treats and surprises when the activity is over. Cute and fun idea!

I have bought many I’m the chef kits for my granddaughter and most included chocolate melts. The ones in this kit were awful!! We couldn’t even use it. I would return it if I could. What a waste of money. I will end up buying more chocolate pieces at the store and trying again. So disappointed!!

My son is super excited about this kit. He loves playing Candyland, and like any good adult, I occasionally let him win.I would NOT call this a "STEM" kit, because unless it's the melting point of colored chocolate, there's very little science. Maybe Physics if you count the breaking the lollipop into pieces? Silicone molds may be technology? Or engineering? I guess? No math. Unless you're counting the gumdrops and subtracting the ones I steal from him.It's basically a kit full of candy that lets you make your own chocolate bars. There's enough supplies for 2 bars, and some candy will be left over. No verdict on the relative merits of the taste of green versus blue chocolate yet, because we haven't eaten them yet.Still, it's a cute little kit that will kill an hour or two and is exciting for budding chefs and sugar addicts alike.
